EV Charge Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support the growth of our electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment and accessories business. This role combines sales, customer service, and account management, with a focus on generating new business and supporting customers throughout the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through installation.
Education: Associate (Preferred)
Experience: Inside sales or sales support : 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In-Person, Henrietta, New York
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and bids
- Support customers through the full sales process, including product selection and order coordination
- Assist with applications for government incentives and rebate programs
- Submit proposals for RFPs and other customer requests
- Conduct virtual product presentations as needed
- Manage customer communication tools (email, chat, etc.)
- Stay current on EV charging industry trends and products
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
- Experience in EV charging, electrical, or energy industries is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
