Inside Sales Specialist

EV Charge Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support the growth of our electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment and accessories business. This role combines sales, customer service, and account management, with a focus on generating new business and supporting customers throughout the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through installation.

Education: Associate (Preferred)

Experience: Inside sales or sales support : 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In-Person, Henrietta, New York

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

  •  Build and Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  •  Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up
  •  Respond to inbound inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  •  Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and bids
  •  Support customers through the full sales process, including product selection and order coordination
  •  Assist with applications for government incentives and rebate programs
  •  Submit proposals for RFPs and other customer requests
  •  Conduct virtual product presentations as needed
  •  Manage customer communication tools (email, chat, etc.)
  •  Stay current on EV charging industry trends and products

Qualifications

  •  2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service
  •  Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  •  Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  •  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
  •  Experience in EV charging, electrical, or energy industries is a plus
  •  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
