How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY


RETURN:
Please package returned merchandise to protect it during shipping and include a copy of the original bill of sale. If return is within 30 days of original purchase, a refund or exchange will be provided once the returned merchandise is received in new, unopened and sellable condition. A partial refund will be considered for opened, used or damage (outside of our control) product returns.

RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT:
If return is the result of damage, photos MUST be provided within 24 hours of receipt and prior to packaging for return shipping.

DEFECT / PRODUCT FAILURE:
Defective merchandise should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty consideration. For products branded 'EV Charge Solutions', return directly to us. You must include a copy of the bill of sale AND a clear explanation of the problem. The product will be repaired or exchanged as per the warranty terms, once received and evaluated (This could take up to 30 days).

The buyer is responsible for all return postage/shipping costs.
